Meiling Larrea Arauzo

Office Manager

Meiling is the Office Manager at Cristin C. Lambros, LLC. She joined the firm in November of 2019. She was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to the United States at the age of six with her family. She grew up in Montgomery County where she worked in the photo industry for 10 years as a customer service representative and photo developer. In 2008, she moved to Baltimore to pursue a career in Property Management. She built a successful career as an Assistant Property Manager who wore many hats as she managed a team of six Front Desk Professionals at a 24-hour community.  

Meiling has over 11 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Bookkeeping, and Human Resources. She can manage multiple projects while maintaining a professional demeanor. She manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, including assisting Cristin with Estate Planning and Estate Administration clients.

Meiling obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore in 2017 while working full time and graduated with a 3.5 GPA.

Meiling is compassionate, friendly, and welcoming! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and watching movies with her new husband.  

Emily M. Bell Garner


Emily has worked as a Paralegal at Cristin C. Lambros, LLC since April of 2019. She comes to the firm with a wealth of experience with both business and people, as she also owns, operates, and teaches therapeutic yoga classes at Bikram Yoga Baltimore alongside her husband, Eddie.

Emily comes from an arts background as a ballet dancer. She graduated at the top of her high school class, and then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Butler University (Indianapolis, IN), with a B.S. in Arts Administration, with Concentration in Dance and Minor in Business Administration. Her professional experience before owning and operating a yoga studio ranges from retail management to copy editor for a major publisher.

Her first foray into the legal sector, working with Cristin allows Emily to use a broad range of her skill set, and to learn new skills in a field that has always held her interest. Cristin’s detail oriented yet human centered approach to the high-level work she does makes the firm a perfect fit for her.

Emily lives an ever evolving, always learning life with her husband, three children, puppy, and cat.
